We all are, so don't worry, you're not alone! I have done a lot of reading up and taken advice from many people on this. Strictly speaking, until OFCOM (who are responsible for enforcing the act) take the first website to fall afoul of the new act to court, and the case is judged, we won't know the exact parameters of the act and how it will be applied. 

The legislation as written refers to "platforms" rather than individual websites - meaning large directories such as Adultwork, or social media sites like Twitter/X. Until we start seeing the first enforcements, we won't know if the law is going to be applied to individual websites. My suggestion (which does not constitute legal advice!) is to keep the photos on your website to lingerie and artistic nudes at most. In the event that OFCOM get in touch to say the content needs to be changed - we'll simply remove any images as needed. NO worries about getting warned or banned off an advertising site!
